Featuring the Circle Sets, Diamond/Diagonal Set & the 90 Degree Ruler...
You can create a quilted fan in the counter pane blocks using the Circle Set templates!
First, stitch the fan corner using a circle, similar in size to the pieced corner.
Second, stitch the arc for the fan blades using a larger circle in the set. Choose the size that is similar to the pieced design.
Third, use the Diamond/Diagonal Ruler to create a centerline on the blades. Then visually place the other blade divisions.
Use the 90 Degree Ruler to create the lines around the edge of this quilt.
